POLICIES

—–No Smoking ~ $25.00 minimum fee for smoking in a room

—–No Pets ~ $50.00 minimum fee for harboring any pet in room

—–No Cooking ~ Absolutely NO COOKING APPLIANCES allowed in room.

Rooms that have litter and food all over floor or smoking in room will be charged an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. Heat/Air Control Instructions in Desk of Room.

—I agree to be responsible and liable for all charges, for any items removed from the guest room or any damage to the guest room caused by any member of my party.

This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of any money or valuables.

ANY MISREPRESENTATION WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.

Deposit Policy: 20% of the entire stay will be charged upfront and the remaining amount will be due upon check-in if your reservation is made online.

*CANCELLATION POLICY*
If you cancel more than 7 days from arrival we will refund your money . If you cancel within 7 days of arrival the charge is 20% of the total booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival the charge is one nights stay for each room booked. Bookings of 4 or more rooms will require a two week cancellation request or 20% will be charged.
